We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Student Coordinator to support the ReDI Kids Program. You will coordinate student recruitment, communication with families, and operational coordination across several learning formats, including Sunday Classes, Coding Camps, one‑day workshops, Brückenkurs, and special projects (e.g., 3D Printing).
You will work closely with the Program Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, and Education Lead, ensuring high-quality program delivery to children and youth from diverse migrant and refugee backgrounds.
Recruit students for all Kids Program formats.
Manage registration forms, selection process, and communication.
Conduct outreach with schools, NGOs, shelters, and community partners.
Parent communication
Coordinate Coding Camps during all school holidays.
Plan schedules, logistics, and student distribution.
Prepare handbooks, agreements, and guidelines.
Check laptops/software required for workshops.
Support onsite with attendance, discipline, and photos.
Provide onsite support during Sunday Classes.
Manage attendance, class dynamics, and communication
Coordinate registration, logistics, and materials for one‑day workshops.
Maintain student data in Salesforce and internal files.
Prepare documentation, feedback forms, and reports.
Oversee laptop/software installation and updates.
