Intern: Career Bootcamp project assistant

Duration: 3 months. 

Hours: 20 - Flexible time: Core hours 10am-4pm - Occasional shifts in the evening 




We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Head of Career Bootcamp in delivering high-quality, intensive programs that prepare advanced students for employment in the tech industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in curriculum development, program coordination, industry partnership management, and data-driven improvement processes.

Your tasks

Support the Head of Career Bootcamp in the following areas:

Program Coordination

  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination of Bootcamp activities, including scheduling, communication with trainers, mentors, and students, managing logistics, and moderating evening sessions.

Curriculum Support

  • Prepare and update training materials.

  • Research relevant topics and support the integration of new content based on student needs and current industry trends.

Reviewing Student Deliverables

  • Evaluate students’ weekly submissions (e.g., assignments, projects, or progress reports) to ensure they meet expected standards and align with job-relevant skills.

  • Provide constructive feedback and flag any misalignments when necessary.

Data & Feedback Management

  • Collect feedback from students and mentors.

  • Support data entry and assist in preparing reports to track program progress and impact.

Student Engagement

  • Communicate with students regarding session details, reminders, and deadlines.

  • Track student participation and progress throughout the program.

Resource Preparation

  • Coordinate internal and external resources such as guest speakers, tools, and digital platforms used in the program.

Your profile

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

  • Interest or experience in career coaching, education, or curriculum development
    Confident communicator with relationship-building skills

  • Comfort working with data and evaluation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Experience (or willingness to learn) tools such as Salesforce, Gitbook, Asana, and Excel

  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural and dynamic environment

  • Willingness to support evening sessions occasionally (flexibility required)

  • Familiarity with hosting zoom sessions
