Overview
Servus, we are ReDI Munich! We are the Munich branch of ReDI School of Digital Integration, a non-profit tech school committed to more educational equality, integration, and digital upskilling. We offer high quality coding and basic computer courses to migrants and marginalised locals who do not have easy access to digital education. In combination with a career and mentorship program, which includes the chance to collaborate with tech companies, startups, and digital industry leaders, we provide our learners with valuable digital skills, strengthened career skills, and a strong network of tech professionals to facilitate their entry into the German job market.
As Tech Education Lead, you will join our Digital Career Program team who offer evening classes, career services, and real-life practice projects to the school’s most advanced learners. Our learners stem from all over the world - most of them already live in Munich but some are still abroad and are in the process of migrating. They are aspiring tech professionals or need to upskill in IT to stay relevant in their fields. Your L&D and tech expertise will set them up for success in our local job market.
You will drive the development and organisation of the tech-focussed learning portfolio, both at the strategic level and in day-to-day delivery alongside the rest of the program team and volunteer teachers. Your responsibilities will include curriculum design, content curation, assessment policies, and course coordination and evaluation, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. You will also play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting volunteer teachers, equipping them with the tools and confidence to effectively teach our students. You will work closely with Tech Education Leads in other locations and programs.
This is an exciting time to join ReDI School as we adapt to innovations in tech and a shifting job market, with major developments on the horizon. You will thrive if you enjoy driving positive change and working directly with a community of learners and educators. Bring your tech-ed savvy and join us to create new opportunities for all!
