Overview
Time: Part-time, 8h/w
Schedule: Weekdays, flexible working hours, availability in evenings and selected weekends needed
Location: Hamburg
Contract: Starting ASAP, limited contract
Your mission
In this role, you would support the Digital Career Program in Hamburg. You would be working alongside the team to support students from underserved communities towards their process of digital integration.

  • Maintaining the IT infrastructure for the Hamburg location
  • Supporting with IT-related issues or questions
  • Procurement, inventory and secure storage of hardware
  • Preparing hardware and software for participants and volunteers Managing accounts for storage, communication, video conferencing platforms and online tools
  • Manage the handover process of hardware devices to employees, students and volunteer teachers in Hamburg
  • IT helpdesk for the team and course participants.
  • Support with the management of Salesforce
Your profile
  • Completed university studies in the field of computer science or a technical or scientific discipline or proven equivalent knowledge and skills, as well as relevant professional experience,
  • Fluent in English 
  • Willing to support the ReDI community of teachers and students 
  • Passionate about IT infrastructure and hardware
  • Organized and structured 
  • Industry certifications in relevant areas, such as network management, cloud administration, Salesforce admin
